Exceed教練團的前期運動生涯，從來沒能在香港接觸到系統化的運動訓練，香港的運動員發展系統遠遠落後於世界其他地區。我們目前的目標是幫助香港運動員在他們的黃金發展期間獲得更好的支持，成為小時候想遇到的人。
